GdeNaPlaninu.com is an online portal for advertising and promoting accommodation facilities and other tourism services. The service is digital – there is no physical delivery of goods.

Types of services and packages

The portal offers the following advertising services:

• Premium accommodation advertising package – publication of an accommodation profile (photos, description, location, contact information).
• Premium advertising package with a guaranteed position on the first page for the selected destination.
• Premium advertising package with a guaranteed position on other pages.
• Additional services – by agreement (e.g. photo editing, ad copy preparation, special campaigns).

A detailed description of each package, duration, included services and prices is shown on the pricing page and/or in the specific contract/offer. Before payment the customer can review all selected items and the final price.

Prices, currencies and billing

All payments are made exclusively in Serbian dinars (RSD). The final RSD amount in the offer before you continue to the bank is authoritative. Prices in this checkout are displayed only in RSD.

The offered price, duration and benefits remain valid for 30 days from link creation. Changes to the price list do not change that offer. An in-flight payment is checked even after expiry. If verification is ongoing, wait for resolution before paying again.

Ordering process

1. The customer (advertiser) selects a package and advertising period on the portal.
2. Before confirming the order the customer reviews the selected services and the total price.
3. The customer reads these rules and the general terms of use, then accepts the payment terms.
4. The customer chooses the payment method – by card online or as otherwise agreed (e.g. bank transfer).
5. After a successful payment the system shows a confirmation page and the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.

Online card payment

Payments use Banca Intesa, NestPay. You may use cards offered on the bank's payment page and enabled for online payments by their issuer.

Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV on the bank's protected page. Do not enter them in our form or send them to support. This payment buys advertising, not an accommodation booking or stay.

Conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for informational prices in other currencies. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card associations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Export restrictions and customs

Advertising is provided online, with no physical shipment of goods. This purchase does not involve the physical export or import of goods; customs procedures for shipping goods do not apply to this digital service.

Protection of confidential data

Card details are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection on the bank's page. GdeNaPlaninu does not collect or store full card numbers or CVV codes. We retain information needed to evidence and process payment: order and transaction identifiers, amount, currency, date, status and verification result.

Payment processor – Banca Intesa, NestPay

Card payments and security

Depending on the card and issuer, additional 3-D Secure authentication may be required. If you suspect misuse, contact the card issuer immediately.

Fiscal receipt and invoice

After confirmed payment we send order confirmation and a fiscal receipt in accordance with applicable rules. MARKO RATIĆ PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE WEBTRIBE BEOGRAD-NOVI BEOGRAD is not registered for VAT.

This form collects basic details of the person paying. For a company invoice or processing through Serbia's SEF e-invoicing system, contact office@gdenaplaninu.com before payment for manual arrangements. Entering personal details does not request an automatic company invoice.

Service activation and delivery

Basic Premium for an identified accommodation is activated or extended after confirmed payment, except cases requiring manual review. Guaranteed placement is always assigned manually. For purchases before accommodation is added, we arrange linking and the start date manually.

For cases requiring manual processing, we agree the activation and placement date with the customer. Confirmation of a future start states the agreed date. Payment confirmation or the start of advertising does not mean that the service for the entire period has already been fully performed.

Refunds

In case of a return and refund to a customer who previously paid by a payment card, partially or in full and regardless of the reason for the return, GdeNaPlaninu.com must make the refund exclusively via VISA, Master, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods. This means the bank will, at the merchant’s request, return the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Complaints and support

Submit complaints about payment or advertising to office@gdenaplaninu.com or call +381 63 80 44 092. Include the order number, payment date and issue description. Do not send card details.

We acknowledge receipt without delay and provide a complaint reference. We respond to consumers within 8 days of receipt with our decision, explanation, proposed resolution and deadline. We resolve complaints within 15 days, except for an extension permitted by law and agreed by the consumer.

We return any amount incorrectly or doubly charged. Statutory remedies apply to services not performed or not conforming to the agreement.

Prohibited transactions

It is forbidden to use payment cards in a way that violates the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the rules of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Transactions tied to money laundering, terrorism financing or other illegal activities will be declined and may be reported to the competent authorities.

Content rules and advertiser responsibility

The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all data in their listing (photos, description, prices, availability, contact). GdeNaPlaninu.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of each offer and is not liable for damage that might arise from incorrect data entered by the advertiser.

Privacy and cookies

We use payer details for orders, payment confirmation, receipts, support and legal obligations. Only authorized people and service providers who need the data for these purposes have access. Accepting these terms is not consent to marketing. Purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention and rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Merely using the page or accepting payment terms does not constitute consent to analytics or marketing cookies.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel before the advertising period starts and receive a refund. After it starts, voluntary deactivation alone does not automatically entitle you to a proportional refund unless agreed otherwise or required by law.

Consumer right to withdraw

If you qualify as a consumer under the law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Starting advertising or accepting these terms alone does not remove this right. The statutory exception for a fully performed service requires specific legal conditions, including the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to office@gdenaplaninu.com. Example: “I withdraw from the contract for [package], order [number], concluded on [date]. Name, address, date of statement.” Add a signature for a paper statement. We acknowledge receipt. Where a statutory refund is due, we refund within 14 days of receiving the statement, in accordance with the law. Starting the service alone does not justify reducing a statutory refund.

Consumer status depends on the purpose of the purchase, not merely on being an individual. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints, disputes and jurisdiction

We try to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may initiate the statutory out-of-court consumer dispute process, in which the merchant must participate. Serbian law applies; jurisdiction is determined by law and mandatory consumer protection rules prevail.

Changes to these terms

These specific provisions prevail over the general portal terms for payments, the price of a specific offer, delivery and complaints. Changes are published with a new version and apply to future acceptances. Changes do not alter a previously accepted offer's price, duration, benefits or rights already acquired.
